Introduction
The company publishes a team of more than 50 and a workshop of about 1,500 m², with an R&D group of 10. OEM and ODM builds sit on that capacity. The address is #1309, Building 2A, SKYWORTH Innovation Valley, No. 8 Tangtou Road, Shiyan Street, Shenzhen.
Fixtures use Samsung LM301B and LM301H, with Osram red, far-red, and UV diodes. The BAVAGREEN Pro series is described as a 380–730 nm spectrum with switches for red, far-red, and UV, plus a smart controller.
History
2016
BAVA was set up in Shenzhen with 5 employees. The business was export of LED lighting to North America and Europe.
2017
An R&D department was added to design LED grow lights. The team grew past 10 people.
2018
The company took a new office and a small workshop. Grow lights became the main product, and more engineers joined.
2019
The export business was up 100% from 2018. The brand BAVAGREEN was created, with work alongside growers, universities, and scientific institutions.
2020
A new factory was set up, with a semi-automatic production line and a lab.
Service
The published warranty is one year from acceptance for faults that are not caused by the user. Improper-use service is charged. After the warranty, spare parts and maintenance are paid work.
The service note says the company responds within 48 hours of a written notice or call, and aims to be on site within 72 hours. After the goods arrive, technicians can guide installation, commissioning, and operator training.
Returns are accepted in original condition, including the box and accessories. Breakage and scratches are outside that cover.
